The teelflex Run Rocket RR-112 is a device which is revolutionising the training of athletes at all levels.
It consists of a system tethered to a pulley setup with 30 resistance levels which can be adjusted based on the strength and agility of each individual athlete. Its operation is
exceedingly simple.
The athlete puts on a hamness and works on their speed and strength by adjusting the tension of the cable which connects them to the device.
The cable, which extends up to 41 metres, automatically reels itself in, meaning that the athlete never has to retrace their steps, thereby avoiding injuries.
